Prices shown supersede all previous price lists, and are subject to change without notice. Please check the web site for latest pricing. If in doubt, please ask. We have the right to refuse an order where we feel this is necessary.


We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee where we feel this is appropriate.

Free Gifts

Free Gifts refer to items given with a purchase of a specific amount and over - these are limited to 'whilst stocks last' and no cash equivalent will be given; where appropriate with returns, this gift should be returned before refunds can be given.


Please note that the copyright for the Beadaddict site, information, devices and photographs contained within are the property of SLC Designs; we hope you like the site, but please do not infringe our copyrights.


Our stock is under constant revision; please refer to web site for latest products.
We endeavour to keep all items listed in stock, so that we can deliver as soon as funds are cleared. If any item is not in stock we will either offer a replacement or refund, or offer to send out once the item is back in stock, as appropriate.

One off items such as dichroic pendants are offered subject to prior sale, i.e. first come first served. Where possible, the web site is updated immediately a unique item is sold.

We also accept most credit and debit cards either online or by mail order, phone or fax.

Single online orders over £60.00 qualify for a discount of 5% and 10% over £100, this applies to a single transaction and this is not cumulative; this means that the discount will be applied automatically by the cart calculator, and it is not possible for us to combine discounts with various orders over a period of time; however, if you have forgotten something, if you get in touch with us immediately it may be possible for us to undertake a recharge if the package has not been mailed; in all instances, we will do our best to help.

Postage and packing within UK

Within the UK, P&P charges apply for orders upto a threshold value, postage is chargeable for all overseas orders regardless of value. Charges are detailed separately - please refer to www.beadaddict.com/uk/shipping.htm

In the UK, Orders will be sent either 1st class Recorded Delivery or via Special Delivery.

For overseas orders, parcels will be sent via International Signed For Service.

Postage prices are subject to change without notice, subject to increases in costs from the Post Office.

Customs & Excise Duty
All costs associated with importing into your country are the responsibility of the purchaser


We are not a shop, and regret that we are not open for browsing, however visiting for collection may be arranged by appointment only. If you have a query, please contact us via e-mail as above.

How Do I Return Items?

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but if you are not happy with an item you have received from Beadaddict, we would be pleased to replace or refund that item, provided it is returned in original and unused and complete condition with explanation within 2 weeks of purchase (we do not accept part strands or items that have been unstrung, (e.g., a strand of beads that is no longer in an intact strand or a part length of a stringing supply) - the item must be in original, complete, clean, and saleable condition.

Please use Special Delivery, Recorded or International Registered Mail and pack securely, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost by the Post Office, and will be responsible only for items returned on a signed for upon delivery service, once the signature has been obtained from us.

Your refund will then be processed; in the case of your returning the entire order, a refund would be given less the postage and packing costs which we originally incurred - where free postage has been given, we reserve the right to charge an amount relevant to that delivery where we feel it appropriate; we also reserve the right to charge 15% as a restocking fee where we feel it is appropriate. Where we agree that an item is faulty, refund of postage will be at our discretion.

Please note, under no circumstances do we give refunds on books, magazines, kits, specially ordered items, and items cut or made to customers measurements (ie chain, ribbon & wire or pendants that have had bails fitted to them at the customers request), correctly supplied, as these items are not returnable; tools are a consumable item and are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase; in the interests of fairness to all customers, we cannot accept return of stringing supplies which have been removed from original packaging, or which have no security packaging around them.

Lost/ Damaged Deilvery
If you believe your order was received incomplete or damaged, you must notify us within three days of delivery, BeadAddict will not accept responsibility after this time.

We use insured Royal Mail postal services. If you consider an item is is lost please contact us with your order name and or order number. We will then trace the delivery and advise the status and make a claim if appropriate. Once Royal Mail confirm the loss we will make the refund.
In the UK an item is considered lost 21 working days after mailing. Overseas deliveries may take longer than this.
Please note that the Royal Mail consider a delivery is complete if signed for. If a parcel is damaged upon receipt then this should be highlighted to the post office and should not be accepted, otherwise the insurance will be invalid.
