US Orders - End of De Minimis and Implementation of Tariffs

Until recently, U.S. shoppers have been able to import goods valued under $800 without paying customs duties or taxes under the “de minimis” rule.

However, under U.S. regulations from 29 August 2025, all imports will be subject to customs clearance fees and tariffs, regardless of value.

We are offering Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) shipping by courier. The courier will contact the buyer directly to collect taxes and duties before the parcel leaves the UK. Once paid the parcel will be sent to the USA without delay. If the recipient does not pay the duties within 5 days the parcel will be returned at the buyers cost.
Our interpretation of the current rules is that import from the UK is subject to a Tariff duty of 10% will apply regardless of value.
