Focals - they are deservedly a major item in jewellery making at present, and this page is dedicated to the ones we have on offer - a good focal can make the entire piece, it can be the start, the finish, and - er - the in-between; these beads will pretty much be one-offs so if you want it, snap it up as it will not be repeated (unless otherwise indicated). These are the piece in your creation that makes people really stop you and ask you where you got your jewellery - and the response? I made it!

Click image to for detail view	Rose Amber Borosilicate Glass Focal Bead Rose Amber Borosilicate Glass Focal Bead - this American artist-made focal bead is blown/hollow and so is lighter than it looks - having said that, for hollow glass it is reasonably sturdy as it is made from Borosilicate glass - otherwise known as Pyrex. A clear glass base swirled with beautiful 'clouds' of topaz, palest greens and delicate touches of rose - so, so pretty. Part of the bead is undecorated (either the top or the bottom, dependent on your point of view) - but as you look through the glass inside the bead you see more and more colours through this clear window - a large bead, this piece measures approx. 48x32mm, and the glass is approx. 4mm thick. Click image to for detail view	Butterscotch Swirl Borosilicate Glass Focal Bead Butterscotch Swirl Borosilicate Glass Focal Bead - this American artist-made focal bead is blown/hollow and so is lighter than it looks - having said that, for hollow glass it is reasonably sturdy as it is made from Borosilicate glass - otherwise known as Pyrex. Imagine this lovely oval-shaped focal bead in a necklace with either Amber or Garnet - either would look stunning. A clear glass base swirled with topaz, ginger and cream - hold this piece up to a lightbulb and admire the complex colours the artist has used. This focal bead is large and measures approx. 48x30mm and the glass itself is approx. 4mm thick. Part of the bead is undecorated (the top part or the bottom part, dependent on your point of view!) but as you look through the glass inside the bead you see more and more colours through this clear window - a most attractive example of bead artistry. A clear glass base swirled with beautiful shades of green, blues and some topaz - a small part of the bead (at the top or bottom, dependent on your point of view) is undecorated but as you look through the glass inside the bead you see more and more colours through this 'window' - a large bead, this piece measures approx. 47x31mm, and the glass is approx. 4mm thick. A smoky topaz glass base swirled with cream and an iridescent glow/sheen rather like Mother of Pearl - part of the bead is undecorated but as you look through the glass inside the bead you see more and more colours through this clear window - a large bead, this piece measures approx. 44x31mm, and the glass is approx. 4mm thick.
