Shipping and Order Processing

We aim to ship same or next working day for internet orders paid by credit card, however we are less likely to be able to mail out same day on Mondays since this is our busiest day. Telephone, fax and mail orders take longer to process and will be mailed when possible. For cheque payments, orders are mailed following confirmed clearance.

All orders are mailed using a signed for service, please ensure that there will be someone to accept the parcel at the delivery address, otherwise consider an alternative address, perhaps a work or colleague.
Since a signature is required, please do not make delivery requests to 'leave in shed, or porch etc.'

International orders are mailed using the International Signed For Priority service. Delivery typically takes 2-3 days within Europe and 5 days for the rest of the world.

*Note Standard delivery includes Recorded 1st Class Mail for low value orders and Special Delivery for higher values, and is included as free for all standard orders over £100 after discount.

For urgent orders, Priority Delivery is available as an option as detailed below.

Note we will make every effort to make same day delivery for priority orders. It is unlikely that orders received after 2.30pm will be mailed same day.
This option may be suspended from time to time as workload dictates.

£8.95 for all orders

Handling, packing and mailing costs for orders by telephone, fax and mail are charged at cost plus VAT regardless of order value

All orders are insured upto the point of delivery signature. Please ensure that the parcel is complete and in good condition upon signature.
