Please find attached a copy of your invoice. There is the option
of a invoice along with your order as you proceed through the cart (checkbox
after the address details page), otherwise you receive only the email
invoice immediately following your purchase. We implemented this some
time ago in order to save trees, since most of our customers are happy
with the emailed invoice/ order acknowledgment which does satisfy the
requirements of both the inland revenue and VAT.

Dear Tracey,
We are a retail business and offer discounts on orders over £60 plus
free postage over £100. Since many of our items are handmade we
are unable to obtain in the quantities necessary for wholesaling.
However we can make specific quotations for factory/ mass produced
items such as Swarovski beads and certain Sterling silver findings
such as headpins, bolt rings, round beads, crimps etc, provided you
wish to purchase in the factory produced minimum quantities. We
would be pleased to make a quotation if you let us know your requirements.

Hello,
Forgive me if this is a silly question, but is it possible to buy
smaller quantities of some items? I‘m interested in Murano Aquamarine
Silverfoil Barrel Bead, 10 Murano Aquamarine Silverfoil Barrel Bead

and several other colours of the same items. As I only want two of
each to make earrings, buying ten is a bit of a waste!

I regret our beads are bought in the pack sizes quoted. We would
be unable to split a pack since this would make the remainder unsaleable.
There are many other murano items sold single or in pairs however.

have been unable to find in the FAQ (or anywhere else on your website)
a statement about your privacy policy. Do you have one? If not, do
you pass on identifiable information (name/email/postal address) to
third parties and do you store identifiable information about customers
after an order has been dispatched? I would dearly love to order some
beads from you but just felt I should be absolutely certain what the
status is with regards to data privacy first.

We do not pass any information to any other party. All order details
are kept (archived) by us for a period of 6 years - all companies
are obliged to undertake this as a requirement of the Inland Revenue.

to order), we will refund any item returned in original and unused
condition within 2 weeks of mailing.

Standard postage is free for orders over £100, just select this option
and provided your order is over £100 after discount then the postage
will reduce to zero. Note this only applies to Standard postage -
Priority and overseas postages are chargeable for all order values.

I regret we do not have certificates for loose beads. The certificates
you may have seen apply to finished pieces made on the Island. They
do not supply 'loose' certificates since there is no guarantee on
how these components will be used.

is a link at the bottom of the left hand menu bar. The exact exchange
rate will depend upon that used by your credit card company, but is
currently approx £1GBP = $2USD, so If you double the £ costs this
will approximate to dollars.

I am currently looking for a supplier of beads esp large round semi
precious ones. Before I make any large orders I would like to try
a few samples just to check that they are exactly what I am looking
for. Would it be possible to order 2 or 3 beads of a few different
types instead of whole strands? If this at all possible I can make

We buy and sell as complete strands. We are unable to break the strands
for your sample since this would make them unsaleable. We do try
hard to photograph and describe all beads as accurately as possible,
however if they are not as you imagined we refund your payment in
full provided you return them in unused/original condition with 2
weeks of delivery.

Flat backs are not an area that we are involved with as we tend
to focus on beads - I know that Swarovski do a huge range and you
probably want the type that have 'Hotfix' glue on the back of them
so you can fix them on using heat rather than having to stitch them
on, though you can also get stitchable items from Swarovski. Sorry
I cannot help much on this one but I hope you are able to find what
you are looking for. Amazing job!! And not the first time we have
been asked!
