Below - how to make the heart pendants for the necklace and bracelet - use a long headpin for the Karen silver charm, use 0.5mm sterling wire for the Swarovski crystal heart pendants.

Bracelet Instructions

Make the Karen silver and Swarovski (middle) charm using the long sterling headpin. See photo above.
Make the four Swarovski crystal heart and 3mm bicone charms using the sterling wire. See photo above.

Thread the Karen silver charm onto the stringing wire.
Work both sides together following the same instructions on each side.
Thread on 1 5mm AB bicone, 1 4mm Rose/Ruby bicone, 1 5mm AB bicone

To finish
On one side, thread on a crimp
Thread on one wire protector, bring the stringing wire back through the wire protectors' other side,

Thread on your sterling extender chain
Bring your thread back through the crimp
Close and tighten the crimp
Bring any remaining wire back through the beads then neaten
Make a small dangle using the small headpin and a 4mm rose/ruby and 3mm AB bicone and attach to the extender chain.
On the other side (for the clasp finishing) Join the jump ring to the clasp and close.
Thread the stringing through the crimp
Thread the stringing through the wire protector, bring the wire back through the other side
Thread the jump ring (on the clasp) through the wire protector
Bring the wire through the crimp
Tension the wire
Once you are happy with the wire tension, close the crimp and neaten.
Finished!
